On July 11th, GMH hosted the official handing over ceremony for the Upper East Region, to distribute the most recent shipment of medical equipment to the 6 hospitals we support there, which provide healthcare for over 1 million West Africans!

Our sincerest thanks to our Rotary partners for helping us obtain the grant that purchased all of this immensely needed equipment, and to our incredible GMH Ambassadors for their ongoing commitment to participate in the training workshops and programs that ensure these invaluable donations receive proper maintenance and care – without you, none of this would have been possible!

Ghana Medical Help in colloboration with Canadian Rotary Club donated hospital equipments to 6 hospitals namely, Regional Hospital, Bongo District Hospital, Navrongo War Mem. Hospital, Sandema Hospital, Zebilla Hospital and Bawku Presby Hospital.

The items included but not limited to Thermometers, Patient Monitors, Suction Machines and Oxygen Concentrators.

This is the 5th year of GMH in making such donations to the region and we are very grateful. But like Oliver Twist……………………… we want more of such donations especially for our hospitals Paga and Tongo.
